• Strategic Planning for Organizations

Using rigorous research and evidence-based strategies, I work with organizations to create comprehensive strategic plans that facilitate positive wellness outcomes. The goal is to implement meaningful programs and address community needs in the areas of behavior health, substance abuse, and mindfulness and mental health.

  • Custom Private

People often ask me if they are meditating successfully. My answer: if success in meditation even exists, it varies from person to person, and meditation instruction should reflect that. I believe a meaningful meditation practice should be more personal than a prerecorded track on an app. This mentorship is designed to be one-on-one and help individuals develop a practice that works for their particular needs.

I offer private meditation mentorship at all levels, whether you are new to meditation, an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice, or a highly stressed professional wondering when you forgot how to breathe. My goal is to be a companion, helping you set the right course and discover hitherto unknown places in your own world.

  • Traditional Vedic

My background is in Hindu practices, and I have two decades of experience in Vedic meditation. Students will learn proper Sanskrit pronunciation and how each slokam is grounded in ancient Hindu traditions and religious ceremonies. The goal of the course is to return yoga, mantras, and slokams to their proper place as a religious practice and respect the role they play in their originating culture. This course is open to beginners with no background in eastern religions as well as experienced yogis looking to deepen their understanding of vedic meditation.

  • Recovery Practice

As a recovery coach, I believe meditation is integral to strengthening the mind and achieving personal recovery goals. A successful meditation practice should be customized to each person’s unique situation, and I work closely with clients to develop their own practical tools to disrupt negative behaviors and mental narratives. Like my non-recovery work (though aren’t we all in recovery from something?), my goal is to be a companion as you reflect on your own experience and engage with it.
